November Smalls SAL and TUSAL

Hi Blogger Friends.  On time with one and late with the other.  It's the last Wednesday of the month and time for the Smalls SAL.  This is being hosted by Heather of Stitching Lotus.  We pick a small project to stitch on and post a finished picture on the last Wednesday of the month.  (Holy mac and cheese.  This is finish 25 for the year.)

Christmas Blessings with Charm - Lizzie Kate
14ct Polar Ice
Started 9-13-14
Finished 11-26-14

It's also time for the Totally Useless Stitch-a-long.  This is being hosted by Sharon of It's Daffycat.  We keep our floss scrapes for the month and post them on the New Moon.  I do believe this is the most orts I have ever had and still have 1 month left to add to them.

I also won a giveaway from Sharah.  Isn't it great.  I've never stitched a Margaret Sherry design.  But I sure see them all over blogland.  Thank you Sharah.  I love it all.

Thanks for looking.   Linda

Finally an Update and a RAK

Hi Blogger Friends.  I'm still spending wayyyyy to much time on this stupid computer.  BUT, my husband is finally getting his day shift back at work starting next week.  I'm so excited and I know my crafting is going to get a whole bunch better.
I got a package from Nancy at Victorian Motto Sampler Shoppe the other day.  I know I didn't order anything.  I got a RAK from Evalina.  It came with the floss and bells.  Thank you so much Evalina.  I just love it.

Santa's 12 Days of Christmas - Prairie Schooler - Day 9    I am about half done with this one.  I have been working on these for 23 months.  I really am getting tired of them.  I would love to finish them by the end of the year.  (Do you notice how I like to dream alot?)

Candy Cane Christmas - Ursula Michael     Now this one is fun to stitch.  I did the candy canes and the CHR.

I also started crocheting a lapghan.  This is the pattern I used for the last baby blanket I made and forgot to take a picture of.  It's a fun quick stitch if I work on it.  I would like to get 3 done by Christmas.  There I go dreaming again.

Thanks for looking.   Linda

Linda's Turtle Trot SAL Nov. Update

Hi Blogger Friends.   It's Turtle Trot time.  This is a SAL being hosted by Claudette of BAP Attack.  We pick 10 projects to work on throughout the year and see how many we can finish.  I'm quite pleased with the amount I got done on them this month.  I would love to get them all finished this year except the Disney.  It's going to take 10 years.  (Now I'm hoping to get a couple done by the end of the year.)

1.  Mitten Friends - Diane Arthurs - I finished the mitten.

2.  6 Fat Men - Lizzie Kate -  I started building a snowman and then it started melting.

3.  Disney Heroes #16 - Alina's XStitch - I filld in about a 100 holes and it took me 3 hours.

4.  Pretty Little New York - Satsuma Street - I started another building.

5.  Mermaid Myrna - Diane Arthurs - I did the water above her tail.

6.  Dog Lessons for People - Lizzie Kate - I started another row.

7.  Autumn Season - Sandra Cozzolino - I finished autumn.

8.  Spring Alphabet - Lizzie Kate - I finished 4 squares and started a few more.

9.  March Sampler - Waxing Moon Designs - I added another strand on the top banner.

Thanks for looking.   Linda

Another Sad Day

Morris left us to go be with his ole pal Mr. D.  He will always be in our home and in our hearts.  Most all of my cross stitch pieces have bits of his white hair in them.

RIP  We miss you.
