I'm a Winner - SAL Updates - Stash - Crochet Tester

EDIT:  The Disney kit I bought is Cinderella's Castle - not Sleeping Beauty.

Hi Blogger Friends.  WARNING - Long Post
Thank you for all of the great comments.  I so enjoy reading them.   First up - SAL updates:

Halloween House - Ursula Michael - I did all the fill in around the witch and worked on the step.  (oops! forgot to fininsh above the door)

The Old West - LHN - I finished the window frames and one strand of the border.

Snow Pals - Diane Arthurs - I finished the hat and mittens and some of the white on the little girl.

Lady Liberty - Diane Arthurs - Worked on the kitty and basket.

April - Prairie Schooler - Worked on the rabbits.

I bought the most expensive kit ever - for me.  I ordered it from WDW in Florida.  Cinderella's Castle - How excited am I!!  It's on 14ct aida.

The Lion King - Thomas Kinkade (Candamar Kit)
I have been reading blogs for several years and entering giveaways, etc and have never won.  UNTIL the last several months.  I finally won.
I won this awesome magazine from Sharon at Shebafudge.

I won these great knitted slippers from Sharon at Sharon's Eclectic Retreat.

I won this great floss just because.  Nancy at Victorian Motto Sampler Shoppe randomly picks someone to receive some floss AND it was my lucky day.  She is having some giveaways now, so click on the link and sign up.

I also won two more giveaways that I will post when I receive them.

Wow! Are you tired yet?  lol    One other thing I'm excited about.  I read several blogs that do model stitching for designers.  I would not do that (I have too much speciality fibers flying around and I can't stitch on the higher count fabric).  However, I also love to crochet.  I signed up to be a pattern tester and tested my first square.
Purple Snowflake Juice
This was designed by Donna of SmoothFox Crochet and Knit.  She has free designs and also sells designs at her Etsy Shop.

This is Donna's design - 24 Point Round Ripple - This won first place at the county fair in 2011.

Holy Cow!!  I think I ran out.  Hope you all made it to the end.

Thanks for looking.  Linda

HOW did you order that Sleep Beauty Castle??!! You MUST tell me! My understanding was you couldn't order those. You could only buy them in person at WDW. I bought a Mickey Mouse design from the Art of Disney store, but I didn't see this one. Please share your secret. :D

Great progress on all your pieces. I'm going to get back to HH tomorrow. All of my obligation stitching is finally done for a while.
