Boring Updates

Hi Blogger Friends.  It turned very hot here and that means its cut down on my puzzle making.  But, of course, I'm not crocheting on the now 5 baby blankets that I have to make or any of the 168 cross stitch projects that I have started.  I play on the computer.
Here is some progress.

Cut-thru Stable - Bothy Threads - I did more pinky brown dirt and some surprise things buried in the dirt.

Fall Welcome - Diane Arthurs - Happy Dancing in my chair.  I finally finished all the backstitching on the basket and above.

Santa's 12 Days of Christmas - Day 7 - Prairie Schooler - I am so glad this is the last of the birds.  I am getting so tired of stitching birds so I started Santa.

This is a first.  Mocha (brown cat) is a loner.  I have one cat that beats her up so shes kind of leary of all of them even though they just want to play.  Morris moved before I got the camera.  He was laying down and she had her head on his side and they  were both sleeping.

Thanks for looking.   Linda

Ooohhh! I love the details on Stable, the bones and collar buried in the dirt. Fall Welcome sure has a lot of backstitching! Great progress on Santa #7. I'm way behind you.

I love the pic of your cats! How nice that Mocha got to snuggle with another cat finally.

Great update. May has been a busy month so I have done very little stitching. Hope to change that some this week.

Lovely kitties!!

Mocha and Morris are so sweet together!!! It seems as soon as you have them figured out, they change the rules!!!

BTW is the 168 a guess or a true number??

No, Linda, your updates are never boring. I always love to see your progress pictures and each stitch is a progress. Tired of stitching birds, lol, and I'm just the opposite, I can't get enough, lol.
When it's hot I don't stitch a lot either, I prefer reading. So the summer is my reading season, the winter my stitching season. And I love it this way.
