Sept. Gifted Gorgeousness and TUSAL

Hi Blogger Friends.  I'm still here.  I got a year older and my computer decided to croak.  I bought a new one and it came with Windows 10 which I hate and a very tiny keyboard which I hate.  I wasn't able to load pictures on my blog until the tech came out and fixed it.  So here are my very late SAL pics.

GIFTED GORGEOUSNESS is being hosted by Jo of Serendipitous Stitching.  We all have projects that have been gifted to us or pieces that we are doing as gifts.   This SAL is so we can work on those and post on the 15th.  The magazine was gifted to me by our wonderful hostess.
Pretty Mini Paris by Satsuma Street. I finished it.

Mini Paris by Jody Rice of Satsuma Street
14ct Delft Blue
Started 5-13-15
Finished 9-6-15

TUSAL This is where we save our (ORTS) or floss and yarn ends and post a picture of them on the New Moon.  This is being hosted by Sharon of It's Daffycat.  Don't tell anybody, but Kate and I are up to 15 different projects for the April challenge next year.  I have been doing more crocheting than cross stitching this past month and still am.

More afghan squares for the April challenge next year.

Thank you all for visiting my blog and leaving me such wonderful comments.  You are the best.  It would sure be awesome if we could all meet someday.

Thanks for looking.   Linda

Happy birthday! Sorry to hear about your computer. My mom had gotten Windows 10 and hated it to so she reverted back. I never updated mine and now I don't intend to!

Happy birthday, I'm getting used to windows 10, it's growing on me.

Oooh your afghan squares are so pretty and congrats on the finish! I actually like Windows 10 a little bit better because it runs so much faster - but I had to call tech support for my various licensed software and get the licenses reset.

Your squares are beautiful. Sorry about the computer problems. I do everything from my phone and it gets frustrating sometimes. Maybe one day I will buy a computer LOL.

Well Happy Birthday, Linda. You're having 'puter problems, I'm having wifi problems! I wasn't sure I could comment. Mini Paris looks great, your crochet squares also. Have a very nice weekend!

Happy Birthday Linda!

Sorry to hear about your computer. My DH is itching to upgrade to Windows 10 but can't yet because of issues with Sony laptops. He is used to Windows 8 though so he'll probably love it. I'm still on 7 on my desktop!

Love your finish so bright and cheerful. Your crochet squares are pretty too.

I really like your Paris stitch! It looks like it was just your birthday, so Happy Belated Birthday! My husbands birthday was Sept 26th. Thanks again for sharing your crafts. Have a good day!

So great to see Mini Paris finished. It looks so good on the blue fabric. Not very funny that your computer broke and that the new one came with a system that you don't love. But I hope that you will soon get used to it.

Happy Belated Birthday :) I feel your pain with your computer breaking....me too! I have a temporary one until I can afford the one I want. Great progress on your stitching and crochet!

Hope you enjoyed a very special birthday, Linda! I am sorry to read about your computer--mine is acting up, too, and may be on its last legs...

Lovely looking mini-Paris and those crochet squares are so bright and pretty. I really need to teach myself to crochet one of these years!
