Hi Blogger Friends. Thanks again for the nice comments. I'm not getting emails again when you comment. Don't know why. I did get some stitching done this week but, this heat is really kicking me in the rear. I just can't handle it. I sit in the house and sweat like a stuffed pig. Hopefully only 1 more month of this 100+ heat. Also. I got an order for another baby blanket to crochet. The last thing I want to be doing in this heat. Here is my progress for the week.
I did 3188 stitches this month.
Thanks for stopping by. Linda

The hot weather does that to me, too. You're making great progress on all your pieces.
It's difficult to stay cool when the weather is too hot. Just take it easy. Great progress on your stitching projects.
That heat sounds terrible Linda. I hope you can stay in the shade and stitch!
I feel the same in this heat, it drains all my energy, all I do is sit and read.
Linda the same thing happened to me with the comments a half a week ago. Maybe because we are yahoo? You need to go back into the settings and reset the email settings again. Mine were unset.
I hear you on the heat! You're making good progress though. No baby needs a blanket in this weather - yikes! Hope there's not too much smoke your way, it looks like the whole north half of the state is on fire.
I love those stained glass projects!
Great progress, Linda. Hope the weather turns better soon.
They're all looking great, especially Donald. It must be great just filling in blocks of colours here and there as you feel like it. Hope the weather cools down for you soon. :)
Well done on your stitching for this month! Can relate to not wishing to crochet a baby blanket in this heat. I have an Anne cloth afghan that I only stitch on in the cool weather. Which means not a whole lot gets done most of the year.
Your projects looks great. Crocheting in the heat is so hard.
Donald is cute and is that a Ninja Turtle I see coming up??
Great progress pictures again, Linda. So sorry that you suffer so much from the heat. I'm exactly like you, I only seem to be half alive at these high temperatures. We have been having a heat wave for some weeks now and even up here in the mountains it's way too hot, around 85°F each day. Way too hot for me. In lower parts of the country they are having the temperatures you have. And most houses here don't have A/C.
Linda: I am so sad you cannot handle the heat I cannot handle the cold, my feet are cold even in the summer and I have great circulation.
I Love the fact we can see Donald's face how sweet.
You have such great progress on both pieces.
I hope you do not need to have the baby blanket done till fall or later because of the heat.

I have really missed seeing all of your beautiful projects...especially the Disney ones. I'm enjoying catching up. I really adore your projects. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Andrea
You've reached the Flamingo eye too!
There's a post on my blog about the problem with the emails. You just need to re-enter your email address. My blog has photos to show you where!
