Finish #4 and Week 9 Progress

I made a tad bit of progress on these after Cheshire was finished.

This is Alice and the Flamingo and is replacing Cheshire.

My birthday is in September and I have some stitching ideas.  I'm older than dirt so I won't do that many starts, but here are my ideas.
1. Do a start a day.
2. Do a finish a day. (I figure if I work on 30 smalls for the next 3 months and get them to just needing a couple hours each to finish I could finish one a day.
3. Alternate with one start and one finish for the month.
Anybody want to join me?

So close to finishing Cheshire Cat.  I hope to get him done by Wednesday.

I would also love to finish Chip and Dale by Wednesday but I don't think thats going to happen.

Week 7 progress

No Surprise.  I fizzled out on Stitch Maynia.  Will I ever learn???

I finally finished the black on Ariel.  She will be my next coloring in project when I finish Chip and Dale.

I did work on a few more Lizzie Kate pieces before I gave up.

Week 6 progress

Hi Blogger Friends.  I made a little progress on some and lots on Chip and Dale.

For the Ultimate Springo Bingo challenge I did 7112 stitches in 30 days.

I did a little on the bottom left border so I could say I worked on it this week.

I did one strand last night to say I worked on it.

THANK YOU and Week 4 progress

Hi Blogger Friends.  Thank you for all of the prayers, hugs and happy thoughts.  They Worked.  I don't have cancer.  He thinks the lymph nodes are enlarged from when I was so sick in January.  But. my kidneys aren't working properly right now so I have to go see another doctor.  I guess this is what happens to me because I have been doing great for the last 4 years.  Hopefully I get all my health issues over with this year and can be healthy again for the next 4 years,

I haven't worked on to much this past week.  Here is my little update.

I did get 3031 stitches done last month.  I had hoped to finish him this month but I don't think I will.  I still have about 7000 stitches.

I managed 4897 stitches last month and hope to get it finished this month.

I didn't get Ariel done but did manage a couple hundred stitches.  She will be done sooner rather than later.

Of course, I decided I needed to do Stitch Maynia this month.  I plan on working on a different Lizzie Kate UFO each day for 2 hours.  BUT, haven't started yet.  Story of my life.

I have a favor to ask.  When I was in the hospital in January I had a CAT Scan that showed I had an enlarged lymph node between my lungs.  I had another CAT Scan a month ago and it is still enlarged but my lungs are clear.  I have to get a PET Scan on the 30th to see if I have cancer again.  I will see the doctor on the 1st.  I could sure use some hugs and happy thoughts.  TYIA   Linda
