Finishes 16 - 22 and Week 12/3 progress

Hi Blogger Friends.  I made some decent progress on my big pieces this week.

I will get the black done on Cars this week.

Poor Donald didn't get much love.  But I've been working on him for 6 months and am tired of him.  I think he will be going in the UFO box after this week.

I have kept up with my strand a day on Beauty and the Beast.  I'm at about 4800 stitches.

I stitched Alice's bow and started her hair.  She WILL get done this year.

I'm behind on my strand a day on Ariel but I will get caught up.

Hi Blogger Friends.  Thanks for stopping by and leaving such nice comments.  I've had a rough week.  I spent 4 hours in the ER on my birthday but they couldn't find anything wrong.  I guess thats a good thing.

I have managed my finish a day.  I managed my 700 stitches in Cars but not much else.

Hi Blogger Friends.  Thank you for the nice comments.  I did a strand (I average about 95 stitches out of a strand) a day on my 5 big pieces and I also managed a finish a day.  The weather is still nasty hot.  I hope I can keep up.

Finish 1 Week 9/3 Progress

Kate (she doesn't blog anymore) is joining me for the month.  She is starting Ariel and I am doing one strand a day of coloring in.  I started with the very large and boring skin.

I'm finally starting to stitch Alice.

A little progress on Donald.

I'm almost done with Tow Mater.  (My favorite cartoon character.)

Still keeping up with my strand a day on Beauty and the Beast.

Thank you for all of your kind words on my last posts.  I talked to my doctor and he said everything looks good.  I just have to take a pill a day for 6 months and that should clear up the ulcer.

Week 8 part 3 progress

Hi Blogger Friends.  Thank you for all of the sweet comments on my last post.  My procedure went well.  I do have an ulcer and have to take another pill everyday.  Other than that I'm okay.

I'm two thirds done with the black on Cars.  I hope to get the black done next month.

I'm still keeping up with my strand a day on Beauty and the Beast.

Poor Donald didn't get much love this week.  I only finished his bill.

Alice didn't get a lot done this week either.

I have 19 pieces down to a finish for next month.  Not sure how many more I can get ready.  I will be starting 3 pieces next month.

Week 7 part 3 progress

Hi Blogger Friends.  I made some decent progress this week.

Most excited - finished the black on Donald.  For the 26 day FB challenge I did 6854 stitches.

Almost half done with the black on Cars.

Keeping up with my strand a day on Beauty and the Beast.

Made some decent progress on Alice.

I have to prep today for a procedure tomorrow and will be spending a lot of time in the bathroom.  I don't know how much stitching I'll be able to do. 

I have 16 pieces to a finish for my September plans.

Week 6 Part 3 progress

Hi Blogger Friends.  I made some decent progress this week.

Donald Duck - I did 1476 stitches in 6 days for a total of 5260 stitches in 22 days.  Only have 4 days left and than I can get stitching on Alice.

I missed one day this week on Cars.

I'm keeping up with my strand a day on Beauty and the Beast.

Poor Alice hasn't got alot done this month. 

I also managed to get 3 more pieces down to a finish for my September challenge for a total of 12.

Week 5 part 3 Progress - new start - baby blanket

Hi Blogger Friends.  I am so thrilled with all of the awesome comments you all left this week.  Thank you so much.

 I only managed to stitch on Donald this week.  In the last 10 days I did 2631 stitches.  So far for this challenge in 15 days (I'm 5 days behind) I have done 3784 stitches.  I could actually get these big pieces done in months instead of years.

I started another stained glass piece.  This is a SAL with Kate (she doesn't blog anymore).  We are going to do 1 strand a day or about 90 stitches.  We started Friday and so far I'm keeping up.  lol

I got the baby blanket crocheted in 5 days.  I'm so glad its done.

We won't talk about progress on my September small finishes for my birthday.  Looks like I'm going to be doing a lot of starts.
