Finally!! An Update

Hi Blogger Friends.  Sorry I haven't been around.  I've had a bad few weeks health wise.  Three weeks ago, I had an infection in my leg - 10 days of antibotics - 5 days later an infection in my arm - on day 8 of antibotics.  My hands got really bad with the welts/blisters - spent 5 days in bed and was able to start stitching again this past Tuesday.  (All is much better now)  I only worked on two pieces.  They are both so much fun to stitch that I don't want to stop.  Here are the updates:

Lady Liberty - Diane Arthurs

SnowPals - Diane Arthurs

Thanks for looking.   Linda

Wow Linda! So glad you're back and able to stitch! Lady Liberty looks great. You've gotten so much done since last update. Can't wait to see her face! Snow Pals looks adorable. What shall we stitch next when our Monday snowman SAL is finished?

Oh my, infections, that doesn't sound funny. But good to hear that you are on the mend and already feeling a lot better. I hope that you will be fully recovered very soon.
Very nice progress on your two WIPs.

I am glad you are feeling better now, hopefully no more infection to come. Great progress on these two pieces. I always have trouble stitching snowy pieces in summer (probably why I never have any of my x-mas ornaments done on time)
