July YOTA SAL Update

Hi Blogger Friends.  Sorry I didn't post an update this week.  I decided to have the two and half day bug.  All better now.  It's time to post our Year of the Acronym for the month.  It is being hosted by Pull The Other Thread and you can read all about it HERE.
As I actually finished my first YOTA, guess what I picked!!  About a 5 year project.

Bothy Threads cut thru' North Pole House.  I started this 2-4-12 and never touched it again.

2-4-12

7-6-13  I've started construction on Santa's bed and bedside table.  Another fun one to stitch.

This is what it will look like when done.

I have updated the cut thru' SAL page and have added some new SALongers.  We now have 25 stitchers working on 15 different cut thru's.  Come on you SALongers post some updates for us.

I thought I would leave you with a couple furbaby pictures.

This is Miss Murphy.  She will stretch out her neck and rub it on the corner of the chair.

This is Sassy - a 13 week old Yorkie.  And NO, she's not mine (but oh how I wish she was).  Our neighbor got her when she was 8 weeks old.  Shirley and Sassy come by every evening and visit.  Sassy loves to play on the grass.

 Thanks for looking.     Linda

Great progress as always Linda. I think I will pull out Halloween House from my stash tonight and put a few stitches in. I have a feeling I used some of the threads I bought for that one on other projects though.

Love the kitty and doggie pics. :)

Your North Pole House looks great, Linda! That's a sweet picture of your cat. I usually don't care for tiny dogs, but that one sure is a cutie!
