Hi Blogger Friends. Thank you for all of the nice comments. You all said you like seeing my weekly updates on the stained glass pieces. I will do a year end post with all of them. I'm thinking next year maybe I will post them every other week.
I made good progress this week but won't get it finished.
I'm really enjoying working on this one.
I told you - not much progress
This one either
Or this one
I decided on my 70th birthday challenge next year. I am going to work on 70 different projects. There is about 25 in my rotation. The rest will be whatever. I might work on one until finished or pick one and work on it for the day, etc. Just what I want as long as I work on 70 different ones for the year. I am going to be setting up a page this week.
A Very Merry Christmas to all of you. Hope Santa brings you lots of stitching goodies.
Thanks for stopping by. Linda

It's a tiny shame that Alice won't be finished this year, but surely that must be overshadowed by the amount you have stitched on her and all your other projects? Are you planning on doing a year-end round up with all of your success stories in one post?
Good luck with your 70 for your 70th next year. 70 sounds like a lot of projects to work on, especially given that you've been concentrating on your favourite stained glass pieces recently. But this is Linda and, as we know, she's always up for a challenge! I'll be counting, so don't try to cheat!! Merry Christmas (and you're welcome, by the way). :)
Jo: I love seeing your progress, I am sure you give us incentive to get our projects done.
Alice with that flamingo is so cool.
I love all your designs you are stitching.
I am looking forward to seeing what you decide on for your 70 projects.
Merry Christmas
Catherine
I am so sorry Linda: I should have your name not Jos, is there a way to correct it from your end?

Holy Toledo! 70!! Wow Linda! I am amazed!!
Okay Linda: Lets see if I can get this comment right, my head is swimming with all the preparations for Christmas.
I love all your stainglass designs, they are amazing, I love Alice with the flamingo, oh so sweet.
I will be keeping an eye to see what 70 designs you choose, I am looking forward to seeing your progress.
Merry Christmas

Holy smokes, 70?! If there's anyone who can do it, you can! It'll be fun though. Thanks for the food for thought! My birthday is next month but it is already planned out with nothing but WIPs. We shall see. Merry Christmas!
Alice is looking great Linda!! I wish you lots of luck on your 70 projects and will be cheering you on from the sidelines!
Have a Merry Christmas Linda!
I love all your projects. The good thing about not finishing Alice and the Flamingo is that it can count as one of the 70 pieces for next year. I'll be here to cheer you on and as I said earlier, I'm going to try to work on 69 projects myself.
I aim to have 70 projects completed in my lifetime haha :D G'luck with your amazing challenge! Too bad Alice won't be done this year but she's sooo close.
I'm impressed, 70 WOW!!! I thought I had a lot with 56. Good on you I will be watching with keen interest. Hope you had a lovely Christmas and have an awesome New Year.
xo Alicia
Great work on Alice but like me, she'll be a finish for the New Year!
Good luck with the 70 for next year. I've had 70+ finishes a couple of times, they were nearly all Smalls obviously LOL
Look at all the finishes you'll have for next year, that's something to look forward to!
