3 B'day projects

Hi Blogger Friends.  Thank you for all of the nice comments.

Well, I have changed my stitching plans again.  I left most of my FB groups that had stitching challenges.  I was getting very stressed out and have had a nasty stress headache for many months.  I wasn't enjoying my stitching anymore and it just felt like work.  I did stay in the School of Magical Stitches and Literature group and loving it.  I worked on 3 UFO's this week which makes a total of 20 for my birthday challenge.

18.  Lizzie Kate
Halloween Rules - Lizzie Kate
14ct natural brown aida
started
finished 2-13-19
19.  Happy Halloween - Satsuma Street

20.  Leaf - Bent Creek

Thanks for stopping by.  Linda

Sorry to hear you were getting so stressed out with your stitching plans but also glad to hear you've done something about it. Love your progress this week and looking forward to seeing which other projects you will stitch on now you are freer to choose. :)

Stitching should be enjoyable. Glad you found a way to make it less stressful.

Oh Linda. Here is a BIG HUG!! Good for you! I hate to hear of you being stressed out like that. I hope you have nothing but enjoyment now with stitching.💗

Glad you are trying to destress yourself. I agree with the challenge thing and that is why I pretty much quit them all and only do challenges against myself ;)

Love the progress you are making and now I am off to check out the Satsuma Street piece though I am on a big stash diet!

Fun stitches, I like the LK one the best!
That's why I don't like to join those groups, I'd rather stitch whatever/whenever I want. Although if it's a small one, I might join in.

Hi Linda: I gave up all social media except Blogland.
Your designs are wonderful, I just love Sit For A Spell.

I think that is a very smart move, Linda--I don't even do stitch-alongs because I just like to stitch things slowly and enjoy the process :)

I quite agree with you, stitching is meant to be fun! I prefer the Blog SALs where we fit our existing stitching into the SAL.
Lovely work on your Birthday totals.

Very nice finishes. I totally understand about the groups. I am doing my own challenge which I know most likely I wont complete but it will be interesting to see how many I do finish this year: 2,019 completed finishes in 2019
